Lucas Walker hosted the party at which the idea for JUDL initially came up, so you could say he's responsible for the league existing today.  A JUDL founder and dedicated ambassador, the Long Arm of the Law is an important and imposing member of Gouletarian State.  His extensive basketball background provides him with an athletic and strategic approach to the game.  He is a powerful and analytical thrower, but also a formidable wild card dodger known for originating the MMMBop style of play.  Often referred to as the funny one of the group, Lucas' oddball antics and general goofiness keep an otherwise serious team at ease.
